Transition Projects provides individuals with the services, resources and tools they need to end their homelessness, secure housing, and maintain that housing.
Each year, we assist more than 10,000 people experiencing homelessness.
On any given day, we help meet the basic needs of more than 500 people through our Day Center.
On any given night, we provide a safe place to sleep for more than 800 people with nowhere else to
turn.
In any given year, we help place more than 1,000 people into affordable housing - and then support
them in retaining that housing.
Whenever and wherever we can, we advocate for policies and initiatives that affirm the right of all people to a place they can call home.
