What I liked

I liked that you got to have hands on training. I also got to understand a little bit of how supervisors and managers function in the workplace. I had developed a bond with some of my co-workers there.

What I wish was different

I wish that the paperwork process was more electronic than filing on a day to day basis for my supervisors and managers because it takes up more time out of their shift to complete other tasks.

Advice

One piece of advice about this experience is to become more knowledgeable about the people you work with because everyone can come from different backgrounds. You can also learn more about other positions in the company for opportunity for growth.
