The St. Louis Corps has some amazing projects that we work on. I've been out to see 10 different dams and at least 10 levee systems. I really like going out on the rivers to work on these massive facilities. The staff here really appreciate my questions, are extremely helpful, and are always willing to teach me new things.
What I wish was different
There is a lot of information here and it would have been great if I had joined the team earlier in my education. That would have given me more perspective on what I was learning.
Advice
Try to be patient with the IT people. They are patient and calm but there are some security precautions in place that slow down the pace of installing new software.
