The team I worked with was so knowledgeable. Most people had been in the paint industry for awhile, so they knew everything and were willing to teach and share their knowledge.
What I wish was different
At first, there was little guidance about what to do or who to go to for help/information, but it was only the first couple of weeks.
Advice
Follow along with your mentor, but also ask other people what they’re working on and learn as much as you can from everyone.
