The training was done very well, the first few days I was shown how to properly complete the tasks that I was responsible for. If I had any questions, the staff was more than happy to answer those questions. The HR department hosted some very fun corporate events, which the interns were invited to which was very nice. The accountants tried to teach you about accounting whenever they could which was very helpful when it came to accounting classes.
What I wish was different
Nothing really, I enjoyed my time at USRP.
Advice
Work your hardest and try to be outgoing, they like people who say "Hi" and ask how people are doing. People who just sit at the desk and do not talk at all may not love their experience.

What I liked
At USRP, they make sure to train you on the tasks that you will be doing to make sure that you not only know how to complete them, but you understand why you have to do them. The office is a friendly environment, so that when there is a little bit of free time, people talk and get lunch together. From day one you feel as though you are part of the team and that is always a good way to start an internship.

Don't be okay with just getting the job done. Go above and beyond the expectations and doors will open in the future.
