What I liked
I loved the opportunity to be on Capitol Hill and being truly engaged in the policy-making process.
What I wish was different
I wish we as interns were given more projects, perhaps an ongoing policy research project over the course of entire semester.
Advice
Make sure to take any and all chances to get coffee or lunch with all staff members, even lower level staff. You never know where they'll be 10 years down the road.
