The ICC has such a friendly and supportive environment. The staff are kind and welcoming. It's a really great work environment. Additionally, being a peer advisor is a really rewarding job. You to interact with and help make a real impact in students lives.

Make sure to make an effort to get to know other student employees. Sometimes being in the office, you don't get to interact with others as much.
