I really liked working with students and being able to help them to the best of my abilities. It was a job that could be targeted towards many people as it required a wide range of skill set.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been more prepared for all the responsibilities. I was not completely aware of all the job requirements. It was a new job title and therefore they were not sure what they needed help with so at times I felt like I was doing tasks that I am unprepared for. Like one time I was asked to be a tour guide for the new students and it was something that I had never done before and therefore made me feel a little out of place.
Advice
I would say having a wide set of skills is an important aspect of doing this job.
