The work environment is very flexible and the company provides paid time off and holiday pay. Work was hybrid which made it easier and less stressful. I got to see and understand how people can be part of healthcare without directly working with patients. The work had it's tasks, but wasn't too demanding.
What I wish was different
One of my roles was assisting the high school program visiting our department. I wish I could interact with the students more and be a mentor to them.
Advice
You can still be part of healthcare through non-direct ways of patient care and make an impact to improve patient care.
