While I was a student assistant I liked how I was able to work as a team with Dana. This helped me feel included and have better communication with Dana. Moreover, I felt comfortable enough to ask questions. Asking questions helped me understand the job better and to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Some advice that I would give is to make sure to ask questions and to use different communication skills. Furthermore, these tools helped me greatly in my student assistant job.
