The Office of the Registrar supports academic functions for UNCW, serving students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the community. We provide transcripts and diplomas, oversee course registration and grading, maintain records, and implement academic policies.
We are open Monday-Friday, with most staff working 8:00-5:00. We are located on the College Road side of campus in James Hall 110.
Working as a student in the Registrar's Office is a great opportunity for students who enjoy varied tasks, staying busy, and interacting with many different members of the university community. Students with a talent for attention to detail, working independently, and seeking new skills are encouraged. Additionally, experience in student records is perfect training for a student considering higher education as a career field.
