What I liked

I like that when you work for Undergrads, you are able to take jobs when you are available. Everyone in the company is friendly. Also when you work for Undergrads, you start off at $14 an hour, but your pay increases when you work a lot.

What I wish was different

There’s nothing that I wish was different. You get paid for the work you do.

Advice

As long as you’re a hard worker and a person who is on time, working for Undergrads will be a breeze.

What I liked

The company really does seem to value their laborers, and the pay is worth the work that is typically asked of you by a client. You get to meet a lot of cool people and staying local means not much of a commute that could dig into class times. Flexibility was arguably my biggest factor when looking for a job and working as a contractor is about as flexible as you can get.

What I wish was different

My first few moves were with other people who had been hired very recently, and it would have been nice to have some more experience starting out, but at the end of the day its moving and its pretty self explanatory so not a huge deal.

Advice

Get some lifting straps and maybe a dolly if you have the means and bring it, it will save some headaches and quite a bit of time

What I liked

I was extremely happy to have took this opportunity! I love how flexible the job schedule is as you can make your own shifts. Coworkers are very friendly so no need to worry on your very first move, and customers were welcoming throughout all my experiences.

There really isn’t much I wish was different.

I like the fact that we get to decide what days to work that best fits our schedules.

I feel like it would help a lot more if they covered 100% the gas used to go to and from the moving locations

Advice

I think it’s a great opportunity to get a job working for this company, it’s a good source of extra cash and it’s not to bad of a job at all.

What I liked

I am incredibly glad I took this job at Undergrads. It offers an extreme amount of flexibility, you set your own hours and pick which jobs you are available for, you never have to ask for time off if you need extra time for studying or going out of town. After tips I make on average roughly $25 an hour which is great.

What I wish was different

The only downside of this job I would say is if you need a reliable set amount of income each week/month. Because you don’t work set hours and pick which jobs you want to take you don’t always know exactly how much money you are going to make week to week but if you want to take lots of jobs you certainly can. I feel like this job is best if you’re just looking to make some extra money on the side although you could certainly do this on the side as well as another job if you’d like!

Advice

I cannot recommend Undergrads enough, the wages are more then fair, and work is never dull or repetitive as you’re always working with different people and doing different jobs.
