I liked the pace of the supply chain and productivity precedence that the FyreWrap division had. The managers did incredibly well to prepare for the nightly shift I worked for. I liked my team that I worked with and the "learning-on-the-job" process that I engaged in daily.
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been more in depth explanation of each step of the process. I wish that there had been a process of learning the entire supply chain of the entire Unifrax facility. That would have been great to learn about, especially as a business student.

You can only be as productive as your slowest team member.
