“What I love most about working for UC's Experienced Based Learning and Career Education Center is that it connects me to a multitude of potential future employers. Most of what my job includes is researching companies that want to partner with UC by making sure they are qualified, follow the correct guidelines UC requires for employers, and are interested in partnering with our students. Also, the community within this work environment has been so welcoming and the people here are what make coming to work so worth it. I also had the opportunity to give presentations to incoming freshman on how to use Handshake and other resources on campus as tools for helping them connect with employers and future job opportunities. This was an awesome part of my job that helped me feel impactful and connected to our students here on campus.”
