I really liked working with different instructors and students. It was a good opportunity to get more involved with mentoring and helping high school students learn more about college opportunities. It was such a fulfilling role, I learned a lot about working with high school students and how they learn virtually.
What I wish was different
It was only a temporary job, it was short but I do wish that it had been a longer program. It was only a six-week summer program but even then it was one of my most impactful jobs.
Advice
I would advise someone to be open and to listen to the students more.
