I wish this wasn't happening amidst a pandemic.

The workload is not light, but it is worth it. It challenges your time management, your creativity, and problem solving abilities.

What I liked
I loved the people i worked with. It felt like I was working with family closer to the end of the summer.
What I wish was different
The pay. With it having been my 3rd summer returning as student help, working full time, and everyone around me was making 10+ dollars an hour. If Mizzou Res Life wants more Student help, they need to increase the pay.
Advice
Find a supervisor that knows how to supervise. Absolutely loved my supervisor like she is family because she just tells it how it is and doesnt beat around the bush.

The flexibility of the job which is important for working while in school. The people in the financial aid office are also very helpful and great to work with.
