I enjoyed learning the different procedure performed in the lab and being able to practice them.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more structure around my role as intern. I felt there was no intersction for me in the actual research because of the short time period.
Advice
Ask as many questions as possible to maximize the experience and the information you learn.

What I liked
I liked the ability to research in new topics outside of my regular fields of study. I also liked the ability to study under new research professors.
