working with incoming students and getting to talk about the university I love.

The hours I was scheduled to work. I wanted to work more often and participate in more fulfilling activities.

Office Assistant

What I liked

I liked being able to meet and connect with a bunch of people who had experience in the field of which they work. I was able to maintain a pretty solid work relationship with my boss which has benefited me over the years. I am sure that with the experience I have gained from working on campus as an office assistant, I will be able to contribute it to a law office as a paralegal.

What I wish was different

Not one thing.

Advice

Really get to know the people in the different departments. They are fun to talk to and they always enjoy company and forming relationships.
