I liked the team I worked with. We all got along very well and were bonded.
What I wish was different
I wished the work schedule would be a little more scheduled, however, I understood that was not possible due to Covis-19.
Advice
I would share that one should not be afraid to use their personal network to look for job openings and opportunities. Often the people around you have the best connections.

What I liked
The Business Scholars team was amazing to work with. Learned many new things while on the job and lasting connections.
What I wish was different
For a portion of my work I had to work remote, I do wish in a perfect world more in person work was available.
Advice
Be flexible with your role and what jobs you take on. There were times were I didn’t know how to do a task at hand it felt very daunting for a new intern. My advice here is to ask for clarification but to take on the challenge, you might just surprise yourself on how well you do.

Welcoming environment! Challenge yourself to try new things because they are willing to help and teach you.
