I love working with our trauma physicians. The research they are currently conducting could have huge implications for treatment and disease understanding in the future. The work is grueling but very rewarding.

I wish I had been able to get on a few more publications.
Advice
This position requires an incredible amount of organization and efficient time management. It also requires a significant amount of flexibility and proactivity. The best way to stay on top of the tasks and responsibilities is to keep track of everything.

What I liked
I get to do neurosurgery on rats, which gives me a lot of unique experience. I also love working with my coworkers and the work flow flexibility.
