I liked collaborating with my coworkers, who were so undergraduate students. I liked that we had freedom to choose our hours.
What I wish was different
I wish we had more meetings with our PhD student supervisor; I did not always get timely feedback on my work because our meetings were not frequent enough.
Advice
If you feel you are not getting enough feedback or guidance from your supervisor, ask for help. Try to figure it out on your own if you can, but if you can't you should try to clarify with a meeting or detailed email.
