Being a peer career coach has expanded my knowledge to best communicate, understand, and assist students to achieve their career goals. I continuously received mentorship and was able to collaborate with career coaches to continuously improve my coaching strategies. I was also exposed to industry insights I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. One of the greatest teams I was on! I would highly recommend this position to anyone passionate about helping college students achieving their goals - which has been the most rewarding experience in my undergrad.
