What I wish was different
Funding for newer equipment, just so it was working all the time. Not managements fault, not that big of a problem but would have been helpful.
Advice
You don’t have to know agriculture or lab stuff to work here- they just want someone who is willing to work and learn. You learn on the job and get rewarded for hard work.

I wish I would have been more fluent in statistics before starting here.
Advice
Pay attention in statistics and enjoy R while you use it. Very valuable.
