What I liked

Workplace is super relaxed, and managers are greatly invested in making the workspace a calming environment for everybody.

What I wish was different

The hours aren't the best, most of the time we work from around 3:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Advice

Come in with an open mind, the resources and training here are very good, so if you come in ready to learn, you will fit right in.

What I liked

There is no community just like Untapped Learning. I found myself building connections with students that changed my perspective on myself and education.

What I wish was different

Initially, I was unaware of opportunities to grow within the company, however, after working at Untapped for almost a year I have found myself taking on a number of responsibilities that really engage and encourage me to work.

Advice

When coming into Untapped make sure that you are flexible. You will be working with a diverse group of students who have various different learning needs, and flexibility will become your biggest tool.

everyone is very friendly but some students take a little bit to warm up to you and after a little bit they become almost friends

What I liked

Working at Stride has been a great experience. The environment is fun, supportive, and you do very meaningful work. I really like how flexible the hours are and how you can choose how heavy your workload is.
