I loved working with the UVTA team––a great group of people truly passionate about sharing the outdoors with others. It was also incredibly fun to lead the High School Trail Corps, and very meaningful to teach high schoolers about trail work.

Be flexible, be patient; remember that as crew leader the job is to facilitate learning and growth and the team's experience.
