Everything! I got to meet some incredible people, and still work with them today under student worker. For once in my life, I felt like I fit in somewhere. The people at Sullivan hall sincerely mean the world to me. I loved walking the kids back to class and asking what they had plans for after high school and just getting to know them a little. This was an amazing job and will defiantly come back and stay at Sullivan Hall.
What I wish was different
Nothing the people were absolutely amazing and I learned a lot about office work. I messed up a few times because I was new, but next year will be better.
Advice
Never be nervous about something new, jump in, you may be surprised. Give 100% on everything you do, be honest, and punctual.

What I liked
Working with the students and the amicable atmosphere. Nobody blamed anyone else for having to learn about something. It was incredibly valuable learning about these students and to help them learn. It was great to be able to talk with co-workers and exchange ideas on how best to teach.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a bit more off-site communication between colleagues.

Don't be afraid to ask your peers for help.
