What I liked

My co-workers were the coolest and most welcoming people. I was treated very well and learned a lot about that work environment, as well as gained knowledge on all different sorts of wines and food pairing techniques. They were understanding of any situation you may be in and were accommodating. I made life long friends and strive to find a work place environment such as that for my future jobs.

What I wish was different

The Hours were not consistent for a hostess but were consistent (for the most part) for the busers, so the amount of income was inconsistent. Its also not the easiest job to move up in because they typically(not always) raise your position within the company and to whoever has worked there the longest, so in order to become a server or something of that sort, you have to have worked there for some time.

Advice

It really helps to have an acquaintance or friend in the work place/force your'e applying to. Also, things are typically easier than they seem! My mental health got better once working for this company so Id say if you are struggling mentally, getting down a routine and working somewhere you're fond of can be very helpful.
