What I liked
I enjoyed the freedom I had to get my tasks done, and how there was complete trust from the manager to know what I needed to do to get the job done.
What I wish was different
I wish I had managed my time better to be able to get more done than I did intially.
Advice
Plan ahead, communicate with your co-workers and manager, that way, there is no mix-up of inofrmation and everyone knows what's going on.
