Celebrating over 25th years of service, URGENT, Inc., is a 501 (c) (3) Miami, FL based creative youth and workforce development organization dedicated to the mission of empowering young minds to transform their communities. The impact of URGENT's work can be found in young people elevating their voices as content creators, engaging as change-makers in their communities, actively pursuing their education, and contributing their skills and talents towards developing meaningful high- value workplace skills. Annually, the organization engages over 250 youth, ages 5-12, from diverse low-income communities in strength-based after-school and summer programs.
