The experience was flexible and based on the needs of the company, as well as my own engineering needs for growth. Taking into account what I did not fully receive for experience last year, they supplied me with a solid amount of 3D Modeling work that taught me SolidWorks much better.
What I wish was different
Some of my work was very office-based, mostly scanning and sorting documents. This was part of the job description and was communicated to me, however, which was very helpful to set my expectations.
Advice
Great place to work, and everyone is very friendly! They take into account your needs, as well as their own, and try to come to a fair balance.
