I really enjoyed getting hands-on experience that we can't get from textbooks. I really loved having a summer to know what life will be like after college when I'm independent, moving to a completely new place, and working a real job. The people were amazing and it was great to get to know new people. They truly welcomed me like one of the family.
What I wish was different
I wish they had more for me to do. There was no real plan for what I was supposed to do so I did busy work a good portion of the time. The onboarding process was a nightmare. HR was just terrible.
Advice
If you want to do this internship program, do it before your senior year!
