What I liked
I really enjoyed of been part of making a different in people's life. I like to see my patients happy about my care. I really enjoyed working with all the providers especially Dr Gene Balis. ( Neurosurgery Department ).
What I wish was different
I wish my supervisor, Belcher, was professional and educated on how to handle stressful patients, and how to talk with the Medical assistants, especially the women employees.
Advice
Make sure that you have regular conversation with your direct manager. There is a 6 months probations and there are unclear expectations from supervisor when things go wrong he will throw you under the bus.

Advice
There is a lack of staff/assistance in human resources and it takes an extremely long time to get someone hired through USF Health- this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.
