Study a map of campus so you know your way around. Knowing the campus layout and the names of buildings is so helpful.

What I liked
The actual job itself was fairly easy and I got to meet a lot of nice and interesting people.
What I wish was different
I wish the atmosphere had been more professional. Some employees treated it as a high school locker room, spreading rumors and gossip that was highly inappropriate and eventually led to me quitting.
Advice
If decide to work here, I would recommend being extremely professional and to not share personal details. See above explanation.
