I love that in this position I had a lot of freedom to figure out and decide how to solve a wide variety of interesting problems. I have the chance to do everything from some front-end javascript stuff to databases. I also enjoy being able to work from home some days as well as from my office.
What I wish was different
For where I am in my career at the moment I wouldn't change a thing about this position. The only reason I will be leaving is to go on to graduate school.
Advice
The type of person who would do well in this position is someone who takes a lot of pride in doing a good job, can handle a good deal of responsibility, and is self motivated to learn what they need and pick up tasks without a lot of hand-holding.
