The flexible work schedule and ability to focus on areas that I was interested in allowed me to realize my passion for sustainability. The opportunities to grow within the Office of Sustainability also allowed me to reach towards my full potential as a student leader and environmental advocate.

While this job requires collaboration with fellow students, there is also ample time to work independently on projects. Thus, it is very important to manage your time well and follow a schedule to stay on track with various tasks.

What I liked
I love the flexibility this job offers to fit in with my academic schedule as well as the variety of projects I get to work on. There are many opportunities for collaboration with coworkers who are all wonderful and passionate about sustainability.

It helps to make checklists for whichever projects you are working on to stay organized and to make sure you get all pieces of your projects done.
