What I liked

Right from the start, I knew everyone at VADE was all about creating a dream team and making the environment as positive and uplifting as possible. I was able to flourish in my position because of the flexibility and willingness of my coworkers to help me learn and grow, and I was able to learn exactly what I'm best and worst at. Couldn't recommend working for VADE enough!

What I wish was different

Advice

To work for a small company (but HUGE at the same time), it is 100% necessary to have an entrepreneurial mindset. At VADE, you get out what you put in, and you will have the opportunity to create your own role and structure of your time there; with that, you MUST be willing to do the hard work!
