No ac, desks, or chairs in the office
Minimum wage (although they'll convince you that you'll make more)
Irregular schedule - weekends and nights
Physical labor

This is a pyramid scheme. Valiant Marketing Group is part of a larger company called Smart Circle. You will be working inside of a Costco / Sam's Club as a sales person.

What I liked
I liked meeting other college students outside of Biola and be accountable on my goals.
What I wish was different
I wish the scheduling was planned better as I felt like I couldn’t plan any social times. They also made it seem like a marekting job, but I ultimately felt that I was doing sales. This job came out to be different than I expected.
Advice
It’s important to remember that you won’t fit in everywhere and even when you feel like an internship or job is what you want to do it doesn’t work out for everyone. Keep an open mind in your experiences that you have and will have.
