What I liked
I liked how organized they were.
What I wish was different
I wish we weren't so understaffed so that I could have a more enjoyable summer by being able to plan fun things. As opposed to working around my work schedule, but that's adult life I guess!
Advice
Always chart things correctly and always communicate with your superiors!
