Working in a small lean team is very common in the financial world. I believe being accountable for your actions and taking charge of your mistakes will help you thrive and build a solid career. Always ask questions, but remember to exhaust all other options (google, research data) before asking the question. Make sure you ask meaningful questions that really take aim into learning the materials because one day you will be the senior executive leading transactions.
