What I liked

Flexibility of scheduling shifts is a major plus for this job. I don't have to stretch myself thin to work, go to school, and have a social life, etc. with this job because shifts are a reasonable amount of time and the pay is good as well. Supervisors are extremely friendly and understanding and give great guidance for good job performance.

What I wish was different

I wish I knew about this job when I first got to VCU in 2016. The only thing I truly wish was different is use of technology in the call center so I can do my homework while I'm waiting for pick ups.

Advice

Working at VCU Goldline has made me more social, especially in networking with other current students and alumni. I find value in the work that I do raising money for the school to provide all the necessary resources for us to be successful and it's rewarding knowing that I'm helping to make a difference in student life here.
