What I liked

One of the best aspects of working at Veritas Prime is the company culture. It's truly a great place to work, with a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning. Additionally, the work itself is both challenging and rewarding. I was given the opportunity to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities early on, which not only kept the job interesting but also helped me develop my skills and confidence quickly.

What I wish was different

I have had a great experience and there’s not much I would change. The onboarding process was smooth, and I appreciated being thrown into tasks right away, which made me feel like a valuable part of the team from the start. The support from my colleagues was exceptional, making it easy to adapt and thrive in my role.

Advice

Be adaptive and open to taking on challenging tasks. Don’t hesitate to ask questions—we all rely on each other’s expertise, and teamwork is a big part of our success. Do your best to learn from the answers you receive, as this will help you build your knowledge and contribute more effectively. Embracing difficult assignments and seeking guidance when needed will help you grow and allow you to contribute meaningfully to the team.

What I liked

I have been with Veritas Prime for over 4 years now, having started off as an intern. The company has had a lot of amazing growth over this period of time. As well as myself as a professional as I've honed in on my strengths and interests. Through all of this, Veritas Prime has been supportive and given me plenty of opportunities to explore and develop my interests. I have had the ability to own my own initiatives and collaborate with people from all levels of the business and across our global organization.

What I wish was different

When I first started with the organization, there was not as structured of an internship program as there is now. I would have loved the opportunity to have the experience and guidance that the interns going through the program now are receiving.

Advice

There are a lot of incredibly talented and knowledgeable individuals at Veritas Prime! I encourage any potential intern or new hire to take advantage of this by being curious and asking questions. As well as, embracing opportunities to collaborate with people outside of your immediate team.

What I liked

I have had the pleasure of working at Veritas Prime for about a year and a half, and my experience has been outstanding. The close-knit environment among coworkers is one of the company's greatest strengths. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my team, making it a genuinely enjoyable place to work. The tasks and projects are challenging but incredibly rewarding. Each day brings new opportunities to learn and grow, and I appreciate how my contributions are valued and recognized. Veritas Prime also offers excellent opportunities for internal growth. Personally, I went from an intern to a full time hire very seamlessly. From there, I have been both encouraged and challenged to adapt my skills to fit my expanding job responsibilities. While this has been a very quick transition I have never doubted the support my managers and our leadership team provides. Overall, Veritas Prime is a fantastic place to work and I'm proud to be part of this incredible team.

What I wish was different

The practice area I chose to enter is newer than some of the others, so there are times when the workload is low while we are getting our name out and securing clients. That being said, I was encouraged to pursue multiple certifications across different departments to diversify my knowledge and make myself a more valuable team member.

Advice

If you have the drive and desire to learn and adapt you will be successful at Veritas Prime- even if your background does not match the type of work you will be doing on a day to day basis.
