Working in the hospital is a different working environment, give yourself time and patience to adjust. You won't learn everything in the first day.

What I liked
Love the fellow nurses that I work with and the management here. They are always willing to help be learn and grow in my professional abilities on my journey to becoming a registered nurse. They are flexible with my school schedule and are willing to work with me when things come up. They know how hard nursing school can be and always offer advice and words of encouragement.
What I wish was different
Nothing, I honestly love coming to work everyday and the atmosphere here is great!
Advice
Don't be afraid to try new things and step out of your comfort zone. You will never see personal growth unless you do!
