I wish the work was a little harder, wish i was on set more

If you ever have down time , find a way to prep for when something could come up. I would work on pitches in my spare time and when they would need ideas I had a lot in my back pocket

The intern program was not particularly coordinated or structured.
Advice
It's a very large company. Get out there and meet people.
Towards the end of the summer, I decided pursuing work in a different department at VICE Media would be valuable for me in the future.
Advice
Aim for your highest of goals! You might be surprised! Also, befriend your boss. Don't think of work as a hierarchical society. Think of it as a group of co-workers with different tasks, all trying to work towards one or two goals.
