Advice
- try to attend any events or do assignments for higher level leadership members! There are plenty of opportunities to do so and it will help you make connections and stand out.

What I liked
I loved the team! I also really liked attending the Foward a company event that talks about how to take steps into the future and gives a chance for each employee to voice their thoughts and feelings. I learned a lot about social media and had a great time in an intern friendly environment.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time on set and in the office.
Advice
I would say that an internship is 100% worth it. It's a peek into the working world and a great experience to have in your back pocket after school ends.

I wish I would have had more time in the office when other employees were in the office, but due to everyone's schedules this was not really possible during my experience.

What I liked
Through this internship, I learned more about communicating with a team and clients in a manner to produce success. Some experiences that I enjoyed were working as a production assistant on a video shoot for Geniecast and collaborating with my supervisor and other interns on social media ideas for various marketing projects. I would describe the highlight of this whole experience being working with such wonderful people and gaining so many new skills by working at an internship specifically in my desired career field.

Everyone at Vidzu Media were very kind and I was able to network with many talented people. Also, as Vidzu's first Behind The Scenes Photographer, I had a lot of room to express myself creatively through my photos.

What I liked
I loved the whole experience! The entire team was great. I mostly worked with John and Meaghan, but the whole team was willing to answer any question I had an assist in any way!
What I wish was different
Obviously I wish I could have been in person more, but I did work during Covid, and everyone wants to be safe.
Advice
If there is a project that you want to work on, ask! John and Meaghan are very accommodating and want to see you succeed.
