What I liked
I liked that I was able to work outdoors and be in an outdoor setting 7 days a week. I also liked that I was able to give high school age kids an appreciation for Virginia's natural resources. I also enjoyed being in a position of leadership.
What I wish was different
I wish that the program was longer and that I could have designed more of the programs myself.
Advice
Have faith in your ability to lead a group of your peers, but also be open to new ideas that you may not like at first glance.
