What I liked

I love the team in Southern Utah. I was given opportunities that I would have not been able to find in other similar positions. I am so excited to be a sophomore in my program and be able to say that I have already designed over 8 projects.

What I wish was different

I wish that the Northern Divisions of the company were more flexible and open-minded. There have been a lot of changes in the company over a very short time, and I think there could be a better, consistent framework.

Advice

If you are looking to work at Visionary Homes, I would recommend taking time to ask about all the processes for everyone that you work with whether it is a draft, estimator, purchaser, or division manager. There is not a clear workflow so knowing other's responsibilities will help you understand your role.
