I absolutely loved my time at Visit Athens! This experience allowed me to learn about Athen’s vibrant and artistic culture, while improving my marketing and communication skills. I gained expertise in content management and social media management systems, improved my written communication skills, and acquired valuable knowledge of the destination marketing industry. As a plus, I had a lot of creative freedom and the entire team was kind and helpful!

Advice

Don't be scared to bring creative ideas to the table and execute them. This is the perfect time and opportunity to try new things and improve your skills!

I liked that my internship at Visit Athens was tailored to my interests. I was given the ability to be creative with the type and topic of the content that I created. I loved that this opportunity allowed me to grow my resume in the areas I needed.
