What I liked

I love working with hospice. It is an experience that takes a lot of heart. Your heart also needs to be made of steal.

What I wish was different

There is a lot of traveling and that can become kind of long and tiresome.

Advice

It is not the easiest job but I feel it is a job that anyone in healthcare should experience. There is always death and it help to be able to understand it and cope with it.

What I liked

What I like most was seeing their big smile, once I arrived just made my day. I truly enjoyed spending time with each and everyone of them individually. I enjoyed singing songs, arts and crafts, having lunch together or just sitting there holding there hands and listening to them talk was very heart felt for me.
