Great opportunity to do hands on work. You get to work very closely with the community, work on a diverse range of tasks, take a leadership role in the work, and guide your own learning.
What I wish was different
There is not much time to prepare your ideas and materials before you are expected to jump right in to a leadership role.
Advice
Take advantage of everything they have to offer as an organization, and make good use of your time in Peru because the whole experience goes by so fast.
