I appreciated the volume of work experience I was able to gain and I also appreciated the impact that I made on my community. Helping low income residents of Middle Georgia was fulfilling.

I wish I received more guidance because it was mostly trial and error.
Advice
Amazing experience to engage in the community, just come prepared by doing your own research so you can provide the clients with the most qualified income tax return.

I wish I had gone to a busier location because a lot of times I was sent home early because there weren’t a lot of people.

I enjoyed helping all low income people who have trouble finding a tax preparer.
I also had lots of fun with the team mates and reviewers
What I wish was different
I would like to have more reviewers to ask harder questions to. Most of the time we solved any questions alongside each other, however when it gets busy we more experienced people.
